We are here to help providers, patients, and their families as they explore options for hospice and palliative care. For us, that means granting funds directly to individuals and organizations in the world of hospice.
Are you a provider? Are you or a loved one a patient of hospice or palliative care? Then this is the place for you.
In the last three years, HCF has awarded nearly $120,000 in grants for hospice and palliative care, assistance to individuals, and community education programs. During that time HCF has been able to fund eleven organizations located throughout Western Montana with priority given to those located in Missoula County and the surrounding areas. In the last year alone, these organizations have served over 30,000 patients.
Hospice and palliative care providers and individuals throughout Western Montana may be eligible to apply. To learn more about Hospice Care Foundation grants please follow the links below:
Providers of hospice and palliative care work tirelessly to provide compassionate care through their everyday operations and special projects. Our grants help support these activities and recognize the hard work of some of Missoula’s best care providers.
Hospice and palliative care patients and their families in our community are sometimes faced with unique financial challenges relating to their care decisions. Our financial assistance for patients allows us to help with costs of care so the focus remains on the patient.
Our giving truly never ends. We’re the gift that keeps on giving, thanks to the generous support of our community. Our recent history of giving, outlined here, illustrates our impact on on providers and patients.
